Oh, well I guess it didn't say 'eat lunch' it said 'make lunch'. My mistake.

I guess my stomach doesn't really work like that. I don't eat breakfast and my appetite usually depends on my mood or what I'm doing.

you, obviously, did not use to weigh 315 pounds due to a lifetime of laziness, bad genes, more laziness, and a great fondness for foods, especially sweet processed foods.
(I, however, do fit this image) I don't weigh that now, but some habits die hard, and some fondnesses never do :) refer to my introduction to understand my food habit :)

No, but I was heading that way quick. Pie, eh? Not all pies have to be bad for you, but very impressive weight loss! Not that weight exactly matters as much as being healthy overall does, but impressive nonetheless.

Hiya, Matthew! Just wanted to drop in to say Welcome Aboard!

Robert Jordan is one of my favorite fantasy writers. What do you think of Brandon's take on the series?

Thanks for the welcome and is Brandon the one who took it over to finish it? If so, then so far I'm ok with him :) Waiting to see how the last couple of books come out before I fully tear him down or raise him up though.

they are when they are chocolate cream, or banana cream :)
its not really impressive weight loss though. I went from 315 to 155 at my lowest before stabilizing at 175-195. dr's finally decided that i had crohns, i finally decided i am gluten intolerant and i feel much better :)
I wouldn't mind having a sweet potatoe pie again, but not sure CJ will make it for me :)

need to update ledgers
put lunch together for work
winterize the coop
dig a trench around the coop to lay the hardware cloth
move the "compost" from the old yard to the new one
put up wanted posts on craigslist and freecycle for leaves for mulch
put a second larger door on the brooder section of the coop
bring the "babies" out of the brooder and into the rest of the world
clean out the brooder and use that in the new garden area
buy flower bulbs for planting
buy topsoil for the new garden and flower beds
buy straw/hay for mulch
mow the back "yard" so it grows decently come spring
winterize the trailer
start planning the gardens for 2011
Find someone nearby who has bouron reds I can purchase from them, don't want hatchery, unless i can get hatching eggs from someone
hunker down and start learning more about my spiritual beliefs (whats the point in having beliefs if you don't know anything about them? or practice anything with them?)
- Anyone know anything from personal experience about druidism?

Goals for Today
- move compost from old yard to this one
- make lunch for work
- pretend I care about my job :)

Well good luck.

Hey! DragonLaurel's husband is druid, I'll have to mention that to her, maybe she'll post here or give you a PM.
