Hey all, we're getting a lot of reports that are all focused on this thread... which is saying a lot since we usually can go months without any reports.

We HATE closing threads, and to avoid doing that with this important thread as long as possible, content of a political nature that is reported will be reviewed and probably removed.

The WI Governor is starting to loosen the Safer-At-Home order.
Golf courses can open - but no pro-shops or 19th hole.
Pet groomers and libraries can operate with curb-side pick-up & drop off.
Outdoor activity rentals (canoe/kayak rental for example) and other non-essential buisinesses can open up as long as they follow safe distancing and all other requirements. Curb-side pick-up, deliveries, etc.

Va is "allowing" elective surgeries starting May 1st (tomorrow). as well as dental appts for routine stuff. But we still have a "stay at home order" until June 10th..... And how many are at Walmart at any one time even if they are "spread out" with social distancing....?????
The federal gov't is paying 600 extra/ per week, for people who stay home so by collecting unemployment they are making more than when they were working. How is this going to incentivize people to go back to work?
You think we are looking at a backlog and then a shortage of meat???? when the workers can stay home, collect unemployment, then get extra from the fed. gov't..... why would they go back to work? You can't blame them.

Our county should have opened tomorrow. Instead they extended the Emergency Declaration for another month. They want to get the federal money.

Haha, we have to agree to disagree and move on. There is no group of people that ALL gets along ALL the time. Smooth your ruffled feathers out and have a nice juicy June bug snack.

I had to look up what a June bug snack was, gotta day I was not disappointed to find an actual bug snack recipe I might have to try it next season
