Is she a diabetic? They are more prone to fungal infections.

Can't ever hurt to increase her Vit. C intake for any skin condition. Not in the tablet form, though, as your body doesn't metabolize it very well. Whole fruit juices can help but eating the fruit itself is the best form of Vit. C for the body. Grapefruits, oranges, nectarines of any kind are the best source in this season. Apples are good also but the nectarines seem to work faster for me.

Unfortunatly I havent been able to get her to go to the Dr. recently so I dont know about being Diabetic I know she has Tyroid Disease and HBP everything else in fine.

Well, for now try soaking them in Epsom salts twice a day and applying an antifungal ointment. Power up on the fruit or fruit juice and see if things don't start looking better.

I use Corn Huskers lotion for both hands and heels, works great for me marrie
