My elderly neighbor always says a secret is only a secret if one person knows it...LOL

No secret recipes here. I consider myself blessed if someone asks me for a recipe.

Cranberry relish.

Adapted from Betty Crocker.

Fresh cranberries; 1 package or 3 to 4 cups.
1 orange
Sugar; 1 to 2 cups to taste.
Some ginger; fresh, candied, powdered, whatever you have (about 2 tablespoons) to taste.

Grind up the cranberried and orange and then mix everything together. It's better if it sits over night.

Sometimes I put an apple and nuts in it.

No secrets here either. My grandmother was a different story though. She took a few recipes to her grave. Her bread pudding was one of them.
