Don't You Hate it When?

I have done that too- and add to it that I keep going, trying to remember where I was headed, while the sentence gets weirder and weirder til I just come to a stop and fess' up.

What is really beginning to bother me lately is not being able to put names with faces. I've never had a good memory for that, but it is getting worse.

I carried on a conversation for about 5 minutes with another lady at Tractor Supply about a month ago. She called me by my name and asked how Tom (DH) and Andy (DS) were. She then proceeded to tell my about her young daughter's "accidental" pregnancy. I have no idea who she was.

I've lost a gallon of milk before, too, except in a different way. I got home from the grocery store, lifted the back hatch release and out it fell. Busted all over the garage floor.
