Thank you for all of the information. This is a very interesting thread. I had a funny thought though. Does anyone remember the twilight zone episode where there was a man who loved to read? And he never had the time to do it. So, he ends up being the last person left in the world and he's all alone with all these books. He finally has a chance to read all he wants ...and then his glasses break.
Anyway maybe it wouldn't hurt to buy a few extra can openers?
