Wow thanks guys ....I never thought I could get them there. Only on the net.

Oh and I have an other one. Would it be ok to store food in a plastic kitty litter bucket if I lined it with a mylar bag? I've heard people say not to do it, but do any of you ?

My sister gave me a bunch of those and even though I bleached them still won't put my food in them (wrapped or not), plastic can leach too many chemicals for me to trust. I did however keep chicken and dog feed in them. Just look at those containers as plastic storage boxes to use in the garage that will keep rain, water, and mice out of.

Yes that is very good info Boyd. Common sense stuff. None of that 'Get ready for the Zombies' craziness. Thanks for the down to earth link.......those are really hard to find.
I have plenty of zombie preparedness info also if you are interested... :)

Actually I would be. Even though I don't usually like the way some can look down their nose and stereotype the 'zombies' and the 'sheeple' , I am not so naive to dismiss sound preparedness advice.

Could you send me a PM with some links?
