Frustratedearthmother's Journaling Journey

I'd say you have good reason to be in a funk. So sorry :( nothing is giving you a break!

FEM :hugs You have a lot going on now, with your DH's health problems too, don't feel bad about not wanting to take on even more. You guys need to come first!

I just feel so bad for him. Even without all the other issues like my parents and his mom and work issues he just keeps battling on...and he's never going to win. There have literally been years of health issues for him lately and they're not going to stop. Ok - I have to get out of this morbid mood!

The weather is beautiful - that's something!

I'm thinking about asking my new boss if I can take some comp time this afternoon and get out of here early.

TGIF!

:hugs I wish our weather was beautiful. We got up to frost this morning and it's raining now. The cold set in quickly!

It was chilly this morning...in the high 40's but has warmed up and is gorgeous! Thank goodness! Supposed to be rainy again by Sunday - so I'm going to enjoy it while I can!

It's the time of year when we need to make the most of the nice weather when we get it! Are you going to take a little time off this afternoon?

Are you going to take a little time off this afternoon?
Most likely. Boss had some errands to run this morning so she isn't here yet to ask. However, I'm fairly sure it will be fine.

One of my mini-nubs is looking puny. Not sure how she got to this point without me noticing, but she's thin and her membranes are pale. This started a couple weeks ago, so this morning she got her second round of Ivermectin. Her spirits are good and she's as sweet as can be, but definitely needs some TLC. I'll give her a B-complex shot and maybe even a dose of Iron later today. Everybody else is holding their own through this cruddy, muddy time - but "justincase" I'm keeping pretty close tabs on them.

Tossed another round of Ivermectin soaked bread to some of the pigs yesterday. Thankfully Big Daddy was in another part of the pasture so I was able to get the 4 youngish barrows treated.

And, I've gotta get feed this afternoon too. It never ends, lol.

I think you should leave early. It's definitely a good plan.

It's getting muddy here too. Fortunately (I guess?) The goats are lazily eating hay in the barn, lol! Hope that little lady turns right around for you!

And that reminds me, I've got to deworm those piglets. Ugh.

I AM taking off - in about 5 minutes.

I think the little gal will be ok...I know I named her but I can't remember it, lol. Poor goat.

Good luck with the piggies - at least they're easy to worm. They're pigs - they'll eat anything.
