Ive done that already though. I think if I get em out of the bins an into a MONSTER compost pile all will work out.

Ok then, the question is why they weren't thriving in the bins. Hmmm...curious. All of ours have gone bananas in the bins. Even a little tiny test bin I did with a shoebox did great. I even ignored that one on accident and it still thrived. So you have a curious problem there. But yeah, the compost pile will be heavenly for them :)

Oh man, so true, so true. I figure we'll get about a month or so of summer and that's it at this rate LOL

Hey, good to meet another Washingtonian :) Every time we go to Forks we have to stop at that Mexican restaurant on the side street - wow!

Chickens have been a big learning curve for me, can't imagine getting into goat ownership - yet. Do you smoke your meat to preserve it?

Hoping these clouds are going to burn off. Maybe we'll have two consecutive sunny days :)
