WOOT WOOT!!

We got up at 5 am!! I made him breakfast, coffee, packed his lunch!!

He made sure there was a fire going in the woodburner while I got his breakfast. We drank a cup of coffee together, giggled like silly school kids in our excitement over his new job LOL, helped him get his stuff together, he put on coveralls since they will be outside and it's supposed to rain, kissed him goodbye, and his ride just picked him up!

The kids all told him goodbye and wished him a good first day at work

Our 3 month old has NO clue what the excitement is about, but he was all grins and giggles right along with us!

This is the first job DH has had in THREE YEARS! So yea, WE ARE STOKED!!!!!!!

DH works until 3:30 and should be home around 4 pm.

The last three years with barely any to no income sure have been rough, but it sure made today feel AWESOME! We've always managed to get by.

My mom was sooo happy. She said it was about time something good happened for us. I laughed and said, "Mom, it may have been rough the last 3 years, but it was a GOOD three years!"

I wouldn't go back and change anything from the last three yeears!

Been there, and know exactly what you mean! That first day back to work is like a child's first day of school.... anticipation and excitement overload! The struggling times sure help you appreciate the good! WOOOOOT WOOOOOOOT!!!!!
