Lovin' The Homestead
OK, so after skimming the eatfatlosefat blog a bit I had an epifiny (?).
I was talking to a friend the other day about the fact that some of the people we work with are so skinny and seem to eat enormous amounts and the other VERY LARGE people are the ones we always see with salads, slimfast, Lean Cuisines etc.
I am seeing the light! It is still a little dim (sort of like me, huh?
)
Wrong foods! High carbs, soy products, veggie oils, etc. Maybe we're not really fat as much as just swollen!

My parents were vegetarians yet ate butter, milk and eggs along with tons of fresh veggies from mom's garden. Along with the powdered milk mom switched to margarine and only used the whites of our fresh chicken eggs. The yolks went to the cats.
