Tanks, I had a bunion removed on my left foot.....Then he had to break my big toe and reset it...and my second toe had "hammer toe" So he cut all the tendons, put a rod through my toe, and reconnected the tendons. It still hurts like the dickens. Tomorrow I am going back to get the stitches out. Where he cut the bunion off, it really hurts. YIKES!!!!!

That's not one thing it's more like 4. No wonder it hurts so bad. I feel for you!!

Thanks g. I feel for me too! LOL Of course the weather is turning nice, and now I can't get outside. UGH!!!! I tried sitting on the front porch yesterday for a bit, but after about an hr, my poor foot was throbbing terrible! I wish now i would have waited until winter to get this done. I wanna go outside and play!!!

So....I decided to take all the bandages off...and let some air get to my stitches. Oh boy!! It felt good, but It looks like the DR cut my entire toe off...and sewed it back on. So, be warned...gross pics but kinda kewl too! LOL This just proves, I need to get outside soon! LOL

This one shows how my foot is wrapped, with the pin sticking out my toe. You can see why I hit it a lot!

This one is the top view...doesn't it look like my toe was cut off then sewed back on? LOL

This last image is the side of my foot, where he cut off the bunion. This is where it hurts the most...

Hammer toe. The tendons were drawing my toe in tight, and causing my big toe to go under it. It hurt to walk on it, with shoes on.
