Almost Self-Reliant
I've been keeping up with my workouts. Added in a floor routine to build abdominal strength and it's coming along. I cleaned up my eating and finally busted through a plateau and have hit a major weight loss goal-one I have had for years! And took an inch of my waist.  Now if I could just figure out how to sleep better...
