I lied about the sleeping... She's having a party lol!

DD1 is going to be a nightmare by the time I get her back from my mom. She has been spoiled! She's not going to be very happy when that ends!

So glad the little one is doing better! DD1 will hopefully forget all that soon enough and adapt to normal again. It's hard when the grands get hold of our little ones and start spoiling them though! Everyone here spoils my DS, so you can imagine… lol

Ahhhh, so glad the little darlin' is feeling so much better! Maybe you'll get released in the next day or so. Hope DD1 gets back in the normal routine pretty quickly!

We are pending discharge today! Waiting to see the "team", residents and their supervisor. They will let me know.

This is the view from our hospital room. I can't zoom on my phone, but it's gorgeous

Early afternoon they think. Yay! They're getting us an appt with her PCP and rounding up the paperwork and we'll be homeward bound!

Hush. It's a lot less white stuff here than at my house!! Lol

Our oldest grand daughter had that when she was a year old and spent a week in the hospital. It was rough. I hope your sweet baby is ok and y'all can go home today.

It's awful! Here I was obsessing about flu season and this sneaky thing shows up that I didn't know existed! I think they should warn new parents about it, the nurse said sometimes in the winter half the beds will be full of RSV babies. I think the baby next door has it too.

I am so beyond thankful for our pediatrician, who just called me to check in. I am also so thankful for the amazing staff at this hospital. Everyone has been so kind, reassuring, and many times funny, and they are top notch medical professionals.

And home. You know that feeling when you bring a baby home like, seriously they trust me with this thing? I have that panicky feeling all over again! But her pediatrician called me this morning to check in and told me this virus doesn't backtrack, so she won't get worse again. And we have a follow up with her Wednesday, so just 2 nights to get through!
