I need to brag - on my husband, for just a minute.

First, I must point out that I so passionately dislike freezing cold winters and snow and so it's really a PITA for me to get myself up and out and doing chores. I despise frozen waterers.

I've also struggled with winter due to not having good winter clothes to do outside chores in.

Today, that all changed.

My husband took me to TSC and he bought me:
overalls
matching jacket
new knit cap that matches jacket and coveralls lol
NEW thick Rocky Socks (not from TSC but Walmart)
AND the book Chicken Coops



I love this man!!

lucky! i want the pink overalls that tractor supply carries (yes there "youth" but odly they fit which makes me sooo happy lol) they have the overalls, jacket and mathcing baby pink hat and gloves i WANTS!

Y'all can keep the pink! I'm allergic to it. Just look what happened to me when my eyes turned pink as proof. My Carhartts are black.

Mine are like a magenta color. I didn't want the brown like he gets - because he'd probably grab mine by mistake! ha! I also told him if I was going to be out there in the muck and cold, at least I could still be feminine about it! So magenta hat, coat, overalls, and one pair of pink and one pair gray Rocky socks. Gloves are tan with pink flowers on the back lol

Sounds like you guys have been busy, as usual. Glad to hear you will be bundled up for winter properly! I know that sure makes a difference.
