Alot of formaldehyde and similar nasty stuff in fabric dying and finishes.
I had no idea. I thought it was safe since we sit, eat, and sleep on our furniture.

Hazardous gases and smoke released by the burning foam can be incapacitating or fatal to human beings if inhaled.

BTW: BTW: 1-800-GOT-JUNK? claims that it recycles as much as possible by using existing recycling centres and donating to charities and non-profit organizations.

Oh, but these couches were peed on. I wouldn't want anyone to have to try to recycle them. Nobody deserves that.

Just a slight correction - I didn't pee on the couch - the dogs did. And, once they did, I stopped spending time on it.

Just for clarification.

I promise not to burn any more furniture. It's actually much harder to do in the city anyway.
