not too much obvious damage in the tomato plants that i could see today (a few fruits on the ground that were chewed) will pick tomorrow. i think there should be several buckets worth - never know until i get them picked and sorted.
this morning i had to get out and do some dry bean pod picking before the rains came along - definitely not a big harvest this season but whatever happens is ok with me. it was a good afternoon for a nap.
rains very welcome even if i don't really want a lot of rain right now the rest of the wildlife and plants out there can use a good drink and they've certainly got that.
