You could always toss some broccoli in that mix as it is now, add some more cheese 
even some bacon bits!
Now there's something I like to keep on hand, real bacon bits. (My prepared food indulgence) Some days I want those in/on a dish & not wanting to actually cook up bacon. Yeah, a fast and tasty add on. But I do cook up bacon -- gotta fill the grease jar -- and normally a whole package at a once. Summer esp...BLT time
