There are little containers with lids though, if that sounds like a better idea.

During our drought a few years ago, I started throwing the TP in one of those small trash cans with a pedal to open the lid; in fact, I use them to scoop the cats' litter boxes, & if they'll keep the smell from used litter out of the air, there are no worries with used TP.
