It was 7F and such earlier this week...

But the weather man is threatening us with warm temps (high 30s), and sure I dislike the cold... but I despise ice!




I am grumpy today anyway...

We've had 50's and 60's and it is starting to sprinkle with temps to go down to freezing and possibly up to 4 inches of snow tonight.... talk about crazy... DS has been at work since 8 and all the road crews are to be in by midnight.... Our area is targeted to get the brunt of the snow... hopefully out of here by morning and then just cleanup... but temps only in the mid 30's....

@farmerjan it will be gone as they say....gonna be here by late day, so moving along. 😶 the drastic up and downs are annoying but, snow doesn't need to be a part! 🤪

We're only to get a dusting or wintery mix. Neither is welcome.

cold for a few days then Wednesday's forecast is to go back up to 47F and rain. we'll see what happens. a bit of snow between now and then. not much. i prefer it to stay snow covered until April and also cold enough to keep any fruit trees from flowering too early.

Same here--a little over 1 inch but sunny! The chicken coop is above freezing today and the snow melted off the road

We wound up getting about 6 inches from late Sat night and it snowed until around noontime on Sunday. Temps hovered around 32-35... a fine snow but it really covered everything. Picture perfect "Currier and Ives" picture Sunday. No wind or anything. But the temps dropped Sunday night and it went to 16, and today it barely hit 38 on the recording thermometer and there was a breeze. It just felt cold. Little melting here. Down to 20 already, so no melting until tomorrow. Temps supposed to get in the 40's tomorrow. Warmer Wed and then warm (60's) on Thursday but RAIN... in the 1-2 inch amounts.... That'll be a mess with the ground still pretty hard.
Talk about a yo-yo .

It has been snowing all day....

And... OF COURSE

we busted parts on the bobcat last week, and have been trying to get it fixed
..

Not yet successful

Anyway... we should be able to get the driveway plowed tomorrow

We are supposed to be mid-20 F today but with windchill feel like in the teens. 20s tomorrow. Single digits Thirs and then 35 by Sun. We are on a yo-yo ride as well
