Been raining off and on here for days and nights now. Then this evening heavens opened up and now we are under a flood warning. My house sits up on a hill so it's all good but the pond she be running over with fresh water. It may be a 3 acre pond when this over with. Supposed to get 3 inches of rain overnight.

is $200 for a ton of wood pellets a good deal? i've never priced them and we don't burn wood but i saw those the other day sitting on a pallet and it made me think of SS and talks of pellets. :)

around here a face cords go for anywhere from $35-$55 depending upon the type of wood.

Depends on the pellets - hardwood or softwood? We pay about that price for a ton of softwood pellets.

Mid 40s and sun today. Raked the front lawn leaves to the curb for the village to pick up. About half the neighborhood out out, too. Good night for trick or treating

yesterday, blustery, windy, some scattered squalls of snow, good day to run errands since we couldn't be out in the gardens. :)

forecast for later this week is mid-to-higher 60s and sunshine. i think the weather service just likes to tease me...

We got snow on the low end of the predictions. Enough to cover the ground (roads got a little slick and icy in spots). Sun is out, melt starting
