Did you all catch the tuna or do you buy it? That's a WHOLE LOT of fish...lot of work. But, I'm sure it's far better than store bought. Tuna is one of those items that has really increased in price!

We bought it. Hubby can't try to fish right now with his arm. That's 8 smaller albacore tuna. I actually like the smaller ones for smoking and canning. We had that much with 4 fish one year and the loins are just too much thicker for smoking. Was $3.25 a pound.

Nothing canning today -- but veg auction tonight. Who knows what tomorrow may bring. 😁 It's late for green beans but, maybe some. Looking at possible beets, potatoes, some late sweet corn, etc. Fruits are often VERY high priced....never know until you go.

Vegetable Auction? How cool is that!!
I know! I want a vegetable auction... I might never kill myself gardening again if I could find a good organic source of veggies, lol. Eh...probably would never quit trying but an auction would take the pressure off.
