15 pints total. Did 8 pint jars and 14 half pint jars. Only a teeny tiny waste when cleaning them

Oh, and this was done in the new electric Presto pressure canner. Worked great

Rare to see mushrooms on sale in my area
for fresh mushrooms we're usually paying about 0.16/ounce at the big box store. for canned ones at the stupormarket i think it runs about $1.50 per 15ounce can, but by the time you drain them you're probably actually getting half that.

I did foraged mushrooms once. Problem with foraged mushrooms is that the critters like them as much as we do so they often have bug holes. Finding enough to can is a problem so I end up eating them fresh. Such a sacrifice.
