Remember when a grocery had a butcher on site to do cuts for you? And they cut primals to sell.

Now, many chains don't even keep any equipment on hand! Everything comes packaged and they just fill the counters. I have a couple places about 20 miles, where they still do most cutting and packaging. One makes sausage, grinds beef and all that.
That site is actually a butcher who has just a few grocery items. Mostly complimentary for cooking meats.

My wife is doing herbs and bananas and we just put in oranges and lemons. Does anyone eat dehydrated oranges most of what I seen is for drinks and decorations. I'm wanting to eat mine.

Only dried candied oranges. Leave the peel on for that.
