I am thinking fried chicken... not sure what else!

YUMMO on the fried chicken....I have not made fried chicken in over 2 years...LOL. once I cut out frying it just never seemed to be made again. Tony is lucky he is getting the fried taters tonight..LOL

Leftovers.....the choices are taco rice, sloppy joes, or luncheon meat sandwhiches.

We had home made beef stew.... beef, carrots, potatoes, tomatoes, onions, garlic, celery, paprika and a shot of red wine. Served with homemade bread. YUM!

New Orleans style Roast Beef Po'Boy's. The kind where the gravy drips from your elbows.

Shaved roast beef and thick home made beef gravy on home baked french bread, plenty of Mayo, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and sliced cheddar cheese. With beer battered onion rings on the side.

Chili.. and Cheese bread. Yeah! I`ll finally have leftovers after being out of town all weekend.
