y'all are making me hungry and i just had brunch!

tonight will probably be mushroom and asparagus soup and a slice of boston brown bread and Mom made green chocolate (our name for spinach dip ).

Staying cool and a NE breeze, so just mid 60s coming in slightly open windows.....oven and/or pot simmering on stove for cooking for today. What to cook? 😁

Ahhhh...a beef brisket, onion casserole, baked potatoes, pan of oiled broccoli/carrots/mushrooms near end. I'll pop a quiche and an oven breakfast casserole in there, too. Potato, sausage, egg, cheese, etc. 😁 heat & eat for several days. I like breakfast but don't like to cook in mornings 🤷
