Too tired to do much last night so had a tomato, cucumber and red onion (from the garden) salad and steamed some fresh carrots from the garden.

Had lunch in town while waiting for the new car to be ready. Grilled shrimp tacos for me and shrimp/oysters for DH. Pretty tasty!

Butter poached cod and cauliflower rice.

Made hamburgers....plus a big pan of spaghetti & meat sauce, for couple meals. 👍

leftovers, macaroni and tomatoes, ham rollups with cream cheese and chives. all simple but good.

I thawed two rainbow trout that hubs caught in Oregon a couple of years ago. Vac packed. We had them one night with dinner.

I de-boned the leftovers and so last nite we had my made up version of fish tacos. Little round corn tortillas, warmed in the toaster oven. Leftover trout with med salsa in a fry pan until hot and almost crispy. Topped with avocado and cilantro leaves. They were yummy!!
