I've googled and can't find this. Is it one of your personal creations? Do you use an alternative flour product to make it low carb?

I'm always looking for low-carb stuff for DH (and me)!

I will post it in the recipes thread for you. It uses almond flour, and the texture is halfway between a cake and a pudding, with a subtle maple flavor- pretty good, and easy.
