Ny strip loin steaks. Originally paid $3.99 per pound for 10 lb loins. Sliced up into steaks and fajita meat, vacuum sealed 2 years ago ! Still tasty. Brussel sprouts in bacon grease.

hamburgers on chaffles, german sausages, mock potato salad (cauliflower instead of potatoes), an array of pickles, and strawberry shortcake. We were going to cook the meats outside, but it started raining and hailing, so we took the meal indoors.

Chicken enchiladas last night...DH is on an enchilada rampage, lol. Third time in two weeks I think - the other times were beef.
