We had leftovers. Making pork chops, a veggie and salad for dinner tonight. Gotta get the turkey out the freezer soon to thaw for Thanksgiving, only 4 of us but a 15 lb turkey

Hey, the turkey I have is a 22#! 🤪 gotta use it! I see a lot of gravy and casseroles coming up. 
DD will get half, fight it or not. Sandwiches for lunch...plus, 2 dogs at her house. DS will get a couple plates. Oh, I'll do broth with carcass. 😁

I just set out some lamb. Redneck style, I had the leg of lamb cut into steaks and tenderized for chicken friend steak. I may set out some okra for a Fried Feast tonight.
