is it the pickled type or?

Homemade and low sodium for hubby

No salt canned chickpeas and navy beans. Cooked frozen corn and lima beans. Half a red onion. Sliced up cucumber. Mini mozzarella balls. Sliced kalamata olives and pickled banana peppers. I make up a salt free Italian dressing to mix through it. Heavier on the vinegar to help with flavor. 660 mg sodium and 330 calories a serving.

Sometimes I'll cook a bit of meat and cut bite size to put on the top.

Salmon. No idea what I'm gonna do with it yet - but it's thawed so it will get eaten today. Some kind of veggies for a side. Not feeling especially inspired so it'll be simple.
