is it the pickled type or?

Homemade and low sodium for hubby

No salt canned chickpeas and navy beans. Cooked frozen corn and lima beans. Half a red onion. Sliced up cucumber. Mini mozzarella balls. Sliced kalamata olives and pickled banana peppers. I make up a salt free Italian dressing to mix through it. Heavier on the vinegar to help with flavor. 660 mg sodium and 330 calories a serving.

Sometimes I'll cook a bit of meat and cut bite size to put on the top.

I had thawed four chicken thighs and so son put them on the BBQ. They were labeled as from Dec 22, and I'm sure that I'll be really really sad when all that chicken from '22 to '24 gets used up. Chicken is getting expensive, so I'm glad I hoarded it back when it was under a dollar per lb.
