We are cutting back on wheat/bread/corn meal to loose a little weight and see if it helps with arthritis. After a couple of weeks my hands are actually starting to do better and I might have lost 1 waist size already. As I have to choke up one set holes on my belt now.

Dinner tonight was a pasta bake made with rigatoni, ricotta, mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. It also had a can of mushrooms which was big enough for anyone who doesn't like them to pick out.
After dinner got done it asked my Uncle the next time I make this how could it be improved. His reply was I don't think about things like that and I liked it just the way it was.
Even though I only made a small baking dish there's still plenty for either lunch or dinner tomorrow night with another small bowl in the freezer.

we had pizza with sausage and onion (except DD, she just had sausage). I never take pics... I'm usually too eager to eat!

another busy day, so it was breakfast-for-dinner: bacon, eggs fried in the bacon grease, and green beans with some of the bacon fat.

Today was lazy. We ate at Costco when we went shopping. Usually I do a salad but tonight I did a piece of cheese pizza. Those are the size of 2 pieces. I know. The hot dogs are cheapest.

I got a Chinese take-out (beef chop suey for me) two nights ago and got such a big portion, I had the left-overs reheated last night. DS had chicken nuggets with fries.
