This man advertising these skillets here in UK, is such an outspoken big celebrity that I really thought could be trusted.

After hours of searching for a safe way to cook I came across this hexclad..

On finding out aluminium was inside I had too return, which according too their policy I had 30 days too do so but being close to Christmas I attempted too start the process within an hour of receiving their parcel.

I contacted their customers services asking for assistance as I only have a phone and their returns online form kept refusing my purchase code. Many times I repeatedly asked for their return address and on each reply not once was this adddress provided.

Finally after I had spoken too citizen advice they emailed trading standards right away and I was given a reference number.

I immediately sent these details too the hexclad company, too let them know it was their legal duty too give me a return address and refund my money.

This morning I was sent another download for the return but again this didn't work, however there was an address that I'm hoping is correct.

I've now posted this skillet back by tracking mail but the post office said the postcode doesn't match the name? So now I will wait to see if I'm refunded.

This service is seriously confusing the phone number provided will not pick up the calls so you cannot possibly talk to anyone and the fact there's is no return address on their website leaves me wondering what sort of company this is. :(

I've never In my life experienced such a dreadful service that continually leads you in circles.
