Well after 4 hours of Milling the sorghum cane 6 gallons of liquid then 6 gallons in the evaporator we got 5 pints of sweet sorghum syrup.
Best part we have more areas to cut and mill.

will animals eat that after it is pressed?

I can find very little information on Swerve except there's apparently some video game called Swerve . Found some info on Amazon questions

Doh, wife is allergic to Stevia, not Swerve. My brain was in low gear yesterday.

Swerve has lots of options, granulated, powdered, brown, etc...

Stevia leaf has a taste and can be bitter on the aftertaste. I've used it for the last two decades with my teas off and on. Dried leaf mixed in normally.

It still boggles my mind to think what they had to do (chemically) to stevia to make it safe for mass consumption because all my old herbal books said it wasn't safe for pregnant women.

Yes I feed them the skimmings ( chlorofil ) and the pressed stalks .

That was a small area 20 x 25
