No frost here for this week at least, though highs in the 60's and lows in the upper 30's are forecast. I too have had to turn on the heat at least in the living room to maintain temps around 65 for my cold sensitive plants.
I don't really feel ready for the coming colder weather--it seems like the older I get the more I feel the cold, and I'm (as usual) running late getting things squared away for the coming season.

Normally we are in upper 70s this month. We're still 51 and with drizzle from coastal storm. This is our Dec temp most years. Brrr... Only 68 in house!

Yes. It was over 80° here today southeast of Tacoma. The lack of rain is very worrying. We also haven't had our fall windstorm to knock down all the dead branches before winter.
The heat has played havoc with toxin levels on the razor clams as well. We are planning for the tentative dig this weekend

Wa fish and wildlife test for toxins. You're pretty safe collecting shellfish here. They close the dig if there is an issue. That's why all digs are tentative until about 3 days beforehand.Not a thing to mess with!
