Worked great. No re-separation so far. Taste fine, both hot tea & potatoes. I've got 8 qts & 5 pts to use 😳 but, I'd do again just to have on hand & no need to buy canned. Will use for other things & go from there.

I dehydrated some paste tomatoes one yr and were super good when used in cooking. Nice flavor. Heck they even tasted good just eating dried. I plan to do those again this year. Actually a nice snack, satisfying.

Thanks. I'm considering canning more ground beef, more chicken breast this weekend...make freezer room for other things. Gotta pull out & thaw. Quite a few onions need to be preserved in some way -- hamburger patties with onion gravy in jars is a thought.
