Well, I was corrected...we do not use the castile soap in the dishwasher. Sounds like for good reason. We are going to try out this liquid soap in this post. Looks like a good idea.
Anyone else have issues with a film or residue left on the dishes after the dishwasher? We make a powdered dishwasher detergent (borax, washing soda, castile soap i think...) and use vinegar for the rinse cycle.
Are there any specifics on hanging up herbs to dry?? We are growing lavender and chamomile and want to use it in soaps and for frangrance. I was thinking I hang them up to dry and once they are dried out, then I could use them to steep in the water used in the soaps. Is that right?
