that would have been so nice here too! we use a front closet as our storage and at times i wonder how i ever get to hang some of my clothes in there. it looks like that with the stacks of cases of quart jars.

we keep the empty jars in the garage.

I built 2 towers in a closet with shelves to store my canned goods, dehydrator, HUGE cook pot, crock pot and seed buckets. It's overflowing onto the floor......

Do you have a garage?? Maybe make a "closet" out there? I can sure see this as a problem -- both to store and access to use the canned goods. It is a nice problem -- more food than you can find space for -- but --------
