I’m picking up my 2 little granddaughters today in Kingwood. They love strawberries so I got a carton of them yesterday. I’m thinking about making a pound cake, top with strawberries and whipped cream out of a can. Goodbye diet! I’ll be good NEXT week. Tummy is gonna party THIS week!

Dang Bay, that's a lotta cream in one cup 😁 you'll need a real adjustment drinking it straight up. I've always drank it black but, hot tea...that's cream & sugar time. Only 1/2 tsp sugar and maybe 2 tsp cream.

That scale is TMI for me. 🤣. I'm a "jeans are snug, no dessert" kinda gal. Works for me. But I do eat with almost no breaded and fried foods, or sugar, very little breads or pasta, lotta veggies, lean meats, cook at home. Ain't broke, don't fix style.

Every year about this time I go on a diet, it’s my anti hibernation fat winter diet. My goal is 7-10 pounds. Then I shall go back to my slovenly ways. Sweets are my downfall. But it takes all year to gain it back, so Eh.

Starting weight 137 pounds

Is your starting weight 137 pounds...You sure you have weight to lose thats pretty small...?

I used to calorie count when I was preparing for a big trail run, now that I eat meat only the weight stays off all the time.
