I took some pics of the garden today. I have a few rows of Silver Queen sweet corn. This patch is composted with Sheep, chicken and horse manure, covered with cardboard and wood chip mulch. To the far left I just planted 6 zucchini and 15 cucumber plants.

These are Cherokee Purple tomatoes. I use 3 cow panels to make 2 rows. They also are composted and planted through cardboard and wood chip mulch.

These are Mortgage Lifter tomatoes.

It all looks great! You're going to have a good crop of tomatoes, peas and corn by the looks of things :) My corn is so slow growing and the tomatoes have only recently finally decided to show up. The peas are doing amazing though!

I was so late getting started. But we put in a lot of work in the garden, it will greatly improve it. We would normally already have TONS of tomatoes by now, just now getting green ones.

Thanks for the compliments.

The purple hull peas are a variety called Top Crop, they send up a stalk and make on the stalk. No more hunting for peas hiding on the ground.

we had a tomato with our supper tonight. I have to pick them when they first show a slight blush or the birds get them.

I don't have a lot of variety, but what I do have is growing good. I have some cucumber vines that are loaded with blooms. I need to make pickles! I have 4 zucchini plants that are starting to make.

It looks great Bay! My garden is still cranking out peppers, red rippers and okra is starting to really come on. My tomatoes are done....limas didn't do anything. I'm over it!
