Oh gosh I hate how salty liquid IV is. Is that just me? But maybe the orange is good!
I have to drink it cold- but I only drink it when I have been working up a drench all the clothes you are wearing work,

here is some options
Coconut water is nature's Gatorade, as it is rich in electrolytes (especially magnesium and potassium). Coconut may be a good option for general hydration as well as camping trips, fitness events, and dehydration due to diarrhea.

I had to put a pause on my weightlifting journey because my belly doesn’t fit in my trap bar! LOL
