Good morning :) Hot coffee sounds so good right now. Was up until 01:00am last night, but unlike Moon, I slept in this morning! Got a few minutes free to catch up with my favourite forum, before I get busy again. I may go for a walk first, to get some fresh air and clear my head.

That's what I like to do too when I need to clear my head. Think I might join you on your walk even though I'm really not to do any serious walking- just down to the creek on my Uncle's property. He owns at least 30 acres plus 50 feet into the creek.

Whew...ya'll all beat me outta the bed this morning. I woke up at 5'ish - as normal - but since the college is now closed on Fridays until August(!) I rolled back over and stayed prone until 7am. It felt great, but means I'm already late milking...but somehow I just don't care right now. It'll be ok since it's a weekend - I'll just milk later this evening than I usually do.

I'm gonna sit here and enjoy my coffee and try to decide which task on my 'to do' list is more important...

Happy Friday everybody!

I'm jealous! I love quiet early morning, but I just can't anymore. I'm still in bed at 10:20 a.m., and probably for a few more hours. I have orthostatic tachycardia and orthostatic hypertension. Not fun for my pulse to go up 70 beats per minute and blood pressure go up 45 mmHg. Lie down or faint, is the choice I get in the morning. :th

It had been better (not limiting my activity) for a couple weeks, but severe weather stress was just enough to exacerbate symptoms again.:barnie:th

@tortoise Kudos to you for getting everything accomplished that you do while dealing with that.:hugs

Had my coffee bright and early (for me, nowhere near 5!) this morning. I used to drink 2 cups but I'm working on switching the second cup to tea (today it's iced tea). Too much coffee makes me feel bleh. I tend to drink less coffee in the summer anyway.

Happy Friday!

It comes and goes @frustratedearthmother . Last couple weeks have been completely fine. It's still there but without nausea, fatigue or feeling faint. It flares up with stress, losing sleep, dehydration, over-hydration, malnutrition. Improves with lots of sleep, low stress, and non-strenuous exercise. It's dysfunction of the autonomic nervous system, life-long, no cure, but lots of things to reduce symptoms. .... Like staying in bed in the morning until my body gets regulated. I do miss quiet early mornings and sunrises though! I'll join y'all for "coffee" a bit later in the day. :gig

Mini Horses,
At one time I was making my own flavored water with blueberries, Raspberries and Black Raspberries. I would cut them in 1/2, put them in a plastic gallon sized pitcher add maybe add 1/4 cup of sugar, stir gently then top off with water. Let sit for at least12 hours but longer is better.

This sounds good! Thank you for sharing!
