Rain, rain, rain over here!!!

STILL haven't finished painting the trim! Not enough break in the rain for the raw wood spots to dry out!!




But actually... it is great, and so much better than clouds of smoke from rampaging fires!!!

Finally closed on the farm yesterday! I already tore out a little over half of the trim. I’m going to tear out the rest today and pound in the millions of tiny nails. I really hate mobile home vinyl over sheetrock walls! Then plastic on all the floors, prep windows and everything for spraying Kilz, then tape the seams, and float. Spray Kilz on ceilings and walls, texture and paint. Paint and put up all new trim.

I think I’ll be busy for awhile.

Taking a 4 day trip this coming weekend to visit the wife's family. Trying to get enough done so I am not stressed when we get home (like having the laundry done, kitchen cleaned up, etc)
