I have been in bed all day - bad day of post exertional malaise. DH weighed lambs - all gaining well.

I slept about 18 hours yesterday. I was able to get dressed this morning. Now rest a bit before waking up DS6. I have a meeting late morning; I might be able to go if I play my cards well.
If I can get through the day with running on fumes, tomorrow should be better 🤞

Meeting with animal shelter went well. I start volunteering there next week. I gotta pace myself so I can do it.

well... I don't work outside the home, and my contract work is about 10 hours/week. 4-H volunteering is in a lull this month before dog project group classes start. And I don't cook other than what I mention on the forum, and I don't clean a whole lot either.

and my hobbies are generally productive. Tonight my chill-out time/activity was to cut 2 yards of fabric into 1" strips and braid dog tug toys. IDK if I will use them for dog project or the shelter.

DS14 hid the laundry instead of putting it away last night so I've been unwilling to take him to his 4-H event this morning. 
I got extra time to get something done and some free chores labor out of it. Not bad, kiddo, misbehave ANY time!
DH is taking DS6 to a birthday party so I might get some quiet work time too 😍
