I too am definitely for doing all we can to keep our earth a good clean and healthy place to live, but at the same time I am tired of the scare tactics...maybe that is what we needed to start getting us to care though, and that is a good thing:>)

Keep in mind in the 80's we were being warned about Global Cooling, and that we were all going to freeze to death in the dark

We need to keep the only home we know clean enough to live on - and forget about changing the global climate. Humans have such a myopic view of things, they don't realize their time on this planet is infinitesimal compared to the geologic age of the planet - and the universe.
