i can tell you that didnt work with this one.There is an episode of Dr. Oakley Yukon Vet where she learned about hog flipping. Apparently if you flip them onto their back they relax and don't squeal.
Some years we hold small lambs back from auction and let them keep eating and growing until the grass dies. Those might be only 60 - 70#. Sometimes we save the biggest one for ourselves, they can be 100 - 120#Yeah that’s why we liked the AGH… smaller. Of course I don’t like the meat so that wasn’t helpful 😂
Lamb is easier, especially because my sheep are tiny. How big are your butcher lambs typically?
