Local Vitamin C Sources

Broccoli and tomatoes are good sources for us. Good fresh oranges are hard to find and the little DD doesn't eat them.

I was just looking up info on rose hips! 👍 Looks like Rosa Rugosa is a good choice for my area, but its suckering and spreading habit is a concern. Seed is expensive!

Buy two plants. Don't bother with seed. Wherever there is sufficient water, they will spread. I give away starts every spring.
