I love that she reads so much and so eagerly. My DS read maybe 3 books so far, not from lack of trying from my side!

I actually remember having issues with ice cream when I was dating an old boyfriend who loved it lol. And have since (was probably before that, I just remember it that far back!) That was.... 12 years ago? I always thought it was the sugar :(

They make coconut milk ice cream, must try it. Apparently.

Coconut milk ice cream sounds kinda good! coconut ice cream with chocolate syrup... There I go obsessing about food again...

So I have been doing some reading, and it's interesting to see that different ethnicities are predisposed to lactose intolerance. Apparently Native Americans have a rather high rate of it. Which makes sense as they were hunter/gatherers. I am definitely part Native American so I found that interesting!

Do you react to unpasteurized milk or is it all milk? Sometimes people can drink the unpasteurized milk, as the live bacteria helps to digest the milk.
