whooot! look at my runners!!!!! had such a great time today. saw civilization and got a bucket of ducks.

these little guys are so terrified. but then they were flyin' down the freeway in the big trucck, dodging crazy people, the entire highway patrol (why so many???), went thru the Starbucks drive thru, and then were met by the overinterested faces of three enormous dogs. Kai thinks they look delicious and Titan couldnt figure out what was making those funny noises. Lucky couldnt care less b/c i think we are gonna have storms and he's about to pee his pants.

but

i'm very excited about the ducklings. yay!

Just say you made blueberry sauce to go with it. The taste will still be yummy. I never admit that a recipe didn't work out if it still tastes good. It was just an experiment. Then you destroy the evidence . . . One delicious bite at a time.

and they make the most adorable little peeping noises!!!! Kai just cant get enough of the squeaking...zoikes!

so far so good with the new recruits. we are gonna have to "downsize' so they can move into their new cubicles... and around here we dont hand out pink slips... if you know what i mean. the Meat Balls are going to be thanked for their weeks of dedicated service, herded into a conference room, and then called out one by one will be "laid off"....never to be heard from again. ahem......if you know what i mean.

but there might be a photo op with a Meat Ball and a Bowling Pin... we'll have to see

Don't you just love those runners?? I have 4....unfortunately I have 3 drakes...so 2 will have to take leave of the place...and soon! They are the funniest things to watch, and my goose thinks they are her babies. It will be some project getting the 2 extra drakes from her. She is VERY protective!!
